My idea to save lives

I think I have a tremendous idea how to save thousands of men, women and children’s lives in the United States.

Make it law that any person wanting to purchase a new or used car must have a background check, any person that has a habit of taking drinks now and then shall not be allowed to purchase a vehicle. That will stop the drunks from driving, crippling and killing.

I bet you people that want to take my guns are saying, “Isn’t that the dumbest idea you have ever heard of?”
