Christopher Scott Keller, 21, 604 S. Maple St., was charged Wednesday morning at the Union County Law Enforcement Center on a Union County warrant for domestic abuse assault.
According to a Creston Police report, at 12:15 a.m. Wednesday on Highway 34, Keller used a knife to inflict injury on the victim’s right elbow and used his hands to impede the normal breathing of the victim, which caused a visible bruise on the victim’s neck.
Keller was released on $2,000 bond.
