Ricky Ewart, 34, of Corning was charged 12:37 p.m. Friday with Criminal Mischief.

According to an Adams County Sheriff report, Ewart had driven a truck on to another person's property with the intention of tearing up the property. Upon arrival, deputies observed the damage to the property.

Ewart was released on $300 bond.
