Craig Cullen Greenfield

Craig E. “Cowboy” Cullen, 53, of Greenfield died Feb. 20, 2013, after an unexplained staph infection.

A “gathering of remembrance” will be held 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, March 1, in the 4-H building at Adair County Fairgrounds in Greenfield. A private family burial will be held at a later date. Steen Funeral Home, 101 S.E. Fourth St., Greenfield, is in charge of arrangements. Online condolences may be left at www.steenfunerals.com.

Craig E. Cullen, son of Dick and Elnora Cullen, was born July 29, 1959, in Greenfield.

After graduating from Greenfield High School, Craig started his career working for the Co-op for 16 years.

In 1993, Cullen Trucking was established, and Craig ran it for the next 10 years until he decided to sell. From there, he opened Cullen Tree Management.

Craig is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Travis and Carolyn Cullen; daughter and fiancé, Tiffany Renaud and Larry Holloway; grandsons, Kaiden Renaud and Casen Cullen; mother Elnora Cullen; brothers, Randy and Steven Cullen; many other family members and friends.

Craig was preceded in death by his father and sister Cindy.
