Erika Lee Stoltzman, 39, of Mounds View, Minn., was cited for failure to yield upon entering a through highway after an accident 4:50 p.m. Saturday on Sheldon Avenue.

According to a Creston Police report, Christopher Lee Willis, 18, 627 New York Ave., driving a 2000 Cadillac west on Sheldon street struck the rear driver's side of a 1996 Toyota driven by Stoltzman as she exited the Hy-Vee parking lot onto Sheldon Avenue. Stoltzman stated Willis was driving faster than the posted speed limit, but Creston Police were unable to prove or disprove her allegations.

Damage estimates are $1,500 to Stoltzman's vehicle and $2,000 to Willis' vehicle.
