Wolverines in ‘wide open’ 2A field
GREENFIELD — It’s wide open.
That’s the assessment of this year’s Class 2A boys state tournament by both Nodaway Valley coach Darrell Burmeister and Carroll Kuemper Catholic coach Tyler Edwards.
Neither is a newcomer to the state tourney setting, and what they see developing next week is an evenly-contested affair that makes nearly every tip-off a coin toss.
