Edgar Alberto Porras, 19, of Osceola was charged on a Union County warrant for delivery of a schedule I controlled substance 4:50 p.m. Friday.

According to a Creston Police Department, On April 20, 2012, Porras sold a quantity of marijuana to an individual working under the direction of law enforcement. The transaction was monitored and recorded by law enforcement officers with the Iowa Division of Narcotics Enforcement, Creston Police Department and Tri-City Drug Task Force.

Porras was released on $5,000 bond.
