Monday: baked potato bar with ham, cheese, buttered broccoli, sherbet with vanilla wafer.

Tuesday: ham and beans, corn bread, cottage cheese with fruit, applesauce cookie.

Wednesday: *high sodium* salmon loaf, parsley boiled potato, glazed carrots, orange juice, frosted applesauce bar.

Thursday: glazed pork loaf, oven browned potatoes, cauliflower with cheese sauce, strawberries.

Friday: cook’s choice.
