Four years ago this week, John Sickels and Jamie Christensen were convicted of the crime of second-degree sexual assault. They have been incarcerated since March 12, 2009. The woman who was working at Crestmoor Golf Club on the night of the incident and accused them of this crime filed a lawsuit with the city of Creston. The city settled with her for an undisclosed sum, and she has since moved out of town.
