Jim Hamilton, 78, of Creston died March 13, 2013, at Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines.

Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Monday, March 18, at Pearson Family Funeral Service, 809 W. Montgomery St. The Rev. Paul Vandevender will officiate. Interment will be in Graceland Cemetery with military honors by Theodore J. Martens VFW Post No. 1797. Open visitation will be 1 to 8 p.m. Sunday with family present 4 to 6 p.m. at the funeral home.
