No citations were issued after an accident 12:23 a.m. Thursday on Highway 34.

According to a Union County Sheriff report, Corey Lee Blackmore, 25, of Ottumwa, driving a 2003 Ford west on Highway 34, went off the roadway and over corrected, which caused his vehicle to slide across the highway, where it went into the east ditch, rolled, and came to a a rest on its top. Blackmore was transported to Greater Regional Medical Center where his condition is unavailable.

Damage estimate is $15,000 to Blackmore’s vehicle.
