Agenda includes: public forum; appointment with Jo Duckworth, Union County Emergency Management Agency; possible resolutions, including filling vacancy of council person at-large by council appointment or special election; reappoint Lores Stewart as a commissioner to the Southern Iowa Regional Housing Authority with term expiring April 9, 2016; determine method to remove house and outbuildings at 1707 W. Adams St.; request from A-One Geothermal to place soil boring/monitoring wells on city right-of-way in the areas of South Elm, West Union, South and North Walnut and North Birch streets; hiring of Kenneth Dingman as operator I for street department to begin employment March 20; amendment No. 1 to agreement between city of Creston and Garden and Associates for Cottonwood Street Subdivision to include services for an additional $20,752; request of $5,500 from the hotel/motel fund by Park and Recreation Board to help with promotion of summer events and McKinley Park Campground.
