Caviness, Davidson earn RHC honorable mention

Two Orient-Macksburg players received honorable mention all-conference honors in the Rolling Hills Conference.

Senior Jacob Caviness and junior Chantz Davidson both were named to the honorable mention team for the Bulldogs.

Caviness, one of just two seniors on the Bulldogs roster, finished third on the team in scoring with 7.1 points per game. He ranked second on the team in rebounding at 4.4 boards per game.

The athletic Caviness was second on the team in assists with 28, third in steals with 14 and led the team with 11 blocked shots.

Davidson, meanwhile, led the team in scoring with 7.8 points per game and led the Bulldogs with 6.7 rebounds per game.

He also collected 13 assists, 11 steals and five blocked shots for Orient-Macksburg, which finished the season 1-21 overall and 1-15 in the Rolling Hills Conference.
