According to a Union County Sheriff report, it was reported a vehicle had arrived and entered a garage at 304 E. 12th St., in Cromwell. Two glass pipes used to inhale narcotics were found in the attic where Woosley was hiding. A small plastic bag with a white powdery substance, believed to be methamphetamine, was located in Woosley’s pocket. Another plastic bag containing prescription medications, believed to be Xanax and morphine, were also located in the defendant’s pocket. Two screwdrivers were located in the driver’s side floorboard of the defendant’s vehicle, believed to be used in the burglary.
Woosley was released on $5,000 bond.
