CHARITON — Hannah Hood’s school-record shot put of 37-4 in the eighth-grade meet highlighted Creston results in the Girls Lil Charger Track Meet Monday.

Her throw surpassed her own record of 32-5. It also exceeded the Creston High School record of 36-8 1/4.
