Christopher Scott Keller, 21, 604 S. Maple St., was charged 9 a.m. Monday at the Union County Law Enforcement Center with driving while revoked.
According to a Creston Police report, an officer witnessed Keller operating a vehicle in traffic and believed Keller had a revoked license. The officer checked current DOT records and learned Keller was revoked for an OWI test failure. The officer conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Spencer Street and Sumner Avenue and Keller was taken into custody
Keller was released on $1,000 bond.
Kruse Kyle Kirscher, 23, of Lorimor was charged 9:40 p.m. Tuesday at the Union County Law Enforcement Center on a Union County warrant for fifth-degree criminal mischief.
According to a Creston Police report, officers were dispatched to 129 N. Pine St. (Twilight Zone) for a fight May 5. Upon arrival, officers spoke with Joshua Tye and Kirscher. Tye and Kirscher said they were escorted from the bar because a fight occurred between Kirscher and Tye’s friend inside the bar. Kirscher said he was waiting in the south end of the parking lot for his girlfriend to come out of the bar. Tye said he was in his vehicle when Kirscher approaced and hit his driver’s side window with his fist, then knocked off the driver’s side mirror. Kirscher admitted to officers he knocked off the mirror of Tye’s vehicle.
Kirscher was released on $300 bond.
An employee of Feldhacker Construction, 309 N. Cherry St., reported the building was entered between noon and 5:30 p.m.
No damage was reported.
