Adams County Sheriff

AJ Miller, 36, of Lorimore, was charged on an Adams County warrant for second-degree theft 4:55 p.m. Friday.

According to an Adams County Sheriff’s report, Miller was charged for an incident that occurred Oct. 5, 2012.

Miller was being held on $5,000 bond.

Jimmy Tucker, 43, was charged 9:12 a.m. Friday with parole violation from Missouri and abscond from work release program.

According to an Adams County Sheriff’s report, the Adams County dispatch center received a call about a suspicious male walking down the highway waiving his arms at people driving by. Upon arrival, Tucker revealed to deputies he was wanted for leaving his work release program and a parole violation.

Tucker was being held with no bond.

Eric Shinn, 24, of Prescott was charged on an Adams County warrant for first-degree harassment 6:39 p.m. Thursday.

Shinn was being held on $2,000 bond.
