Christopher Silas Noyes, 41, of Knoxville was charged on two Union County warrants for violation of a protective order 12:31 p.m. May 29.
According to a Creston Police report, a female reported she received a voicemail from a phone number known to be used and belong to a Noyes. A valid protective order exists and is on file to prevent Noyes from contacting the female. The female provided a written statement and requested charges.
Noyes is being held without bond.
A report was recieved that a window at Supreme Cleaners, 408 W. Montgomery St., was shot out with a BB gun between 5 p.m. Sunday and 5:30 a.m. Monday.
Damage estimate is $200.
