Creston Area Bloodmobile exceeds collection goal

Creston Area Bloodmobile was held Monday at Trinity Lutheran Church. Thank you to all who took time to come and donate.

One hundred six people presented to donate. One hundred ten pints were collected. The goal was to collect 90 pints. Six people were deferred. Ten donors gave a double red.

Joining Gallon Clubs were:

One gallon – Rebecca McNichols, Kathy Schrodt and John Barkalow

Two – June Hueuwe and Robert Brentnall

Three – Bessie Austin and Amanda Harris

Six – Mike Pashek

Eight – Rich Paulsen and Audrey Clark

Nine – Ty Rogers and Carol Brentnall

10 – Sharon Eklund

12 – Robert McKee

16 – Philip Lundy

21 – Mike Lang

Helping with the bloodmobile were Ilene Carter, Marisue Lewis, Betty Davis, Alma Hoepker, Barb Jennings, Ann Ferguson, Barbara Thomsen, Ruby Stephens and Mary Burg.

Unloaders and loaders were Dean Wallace, Bob Jungst, Dave Abildtrup, Jim Morris, Ed Ritter and Jim Nelson.

Callers were Mike Wolfe, Ron Levine, Marcia Stewart, Bev Braymen, Mary Morris, Kathy Tapkin, Carolyn Biere, Pauline McCoy, Helen Mossman, Peg Anderson and Pat Bishop.

Kitchen helpers were Mary Lou Burke, Marilyn Francis, Pat Hoffman, Ruby Stephens, Marion Hargin, Beverly Hargin, Dale Mager and Karin Mager.

Assisting with publicity was Bud Connor.

Coordinators were Betty Wallace, Betty Jungst and Kay Ritter.
