A Waste Management residential garbage can was reported on fire 5:34 a.m. today at 514 W. Summit St.

According to Creston Police Chief Paul Ver Meer, the trash can on Summit Street was one of three reports of trash cans on fire this morning. Creston Fire Chief Todd Jackson said the incidents are being investigated as arson.
