Adams County Sheriff

Joshua D. Peters, 22, of Atlantic was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia 10:41 p.m. Monday.

According to an Adams County Sheriff report, officers conducted a traffic stop on Highway 148 in Adams County. During the stop, Adams County K-9 was deployed and indicated the presence of narcotics in the vehicle. Peters, who was the passenger, was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia.

Peters was released on $300 bond.
