Family Development Center no longer accepting thrift store donations

MATURA’s Union County Family Development Center, 300 E. Montgomery St., Suite 3, is no longer accepting thrift store donations effective immediately.

The thrift store will be closing Aug. 15. Outreach services will continue to be provided.

Donations of food and toiletry items will continue to be accepted.

Other sites in Creston accepting donations include:

• Mila’s Attic/Raja Seda, 101 W. Taylor St., Suite A; 782-2180; Hours: 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.

• Too Good to be Threw, 114 N. Maple St.; 515-473-1126; 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.

• Rectory ReRun (Holy Spirit Parish), 107 W. Howard St.; 782-5278; Tuesday mornings, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.
