There’s a new building in town

There is a saying, “If you build it, they will come.”

But who are they?

Local Realtor Roger Saxton of Stewart Realty is building a 1,500-square-foot structure at 609 New York Avenue — next to Hardee’s.

But what is it?

“We’ll see what develops,” said Saxton. “It could be commercial, it could not.”

Saxton said the building has been built with three sections, which provides the possibility of commercial use, however, he said there is the possibility of expanding it down the road.

“I’d like to keep part of it for myself,” said Saxton.

Whatever the building is used for, Saxton said “It’s a neat spot” and, “There is a need for it.”

We will just have to wait and find out who, or what businesses move in.
