Amber Sue Barton, 22, and Kalvin Glenn Harvey, 23, 705 W. Jefferson St., were charged on a Warren County warrant for failure to appear on previous charges of possession of methamphetamine and child endangerment 5 p.m. Friday at their residence.

Barton and Harvey were transported to Warren County.

Emily Dawn Davidson, 18, of Lenox, was charged with fifth-degree criminal mischief 11:40 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of Summit and Maple streets.

According to a Creston Police report, Davidson attempted, but was unable, to damage or destroy a tire on a vehicle with a pocket knife.

Davidson was released on promise to appear.

James Edward Sullivan III, 16, 2838 330th St., was referred to juvenile authorities for vandalism to a motor vehicle 11:40 p.m. Saturday at the Union County Law Enforcement Center.

Sullivan was released to his mother.

Amanda Beth Miller, 34, 316 W. Montgomery St., was charged with fifth-degree criminal mischief 6:42 p.m. Sunday and Rebecca Lynn Barnes, 50, 404 N. Birch St., was charged with third-degree harassment 6:55 p.m. Sunday.

According to a Creston Police report, Barnes reported someone damaged the windshield of her Chrysler with a rock at 6:40 p.m. Sunday. Miller was determined to have thrown the rock and cracked the top of Barnes’ windshield. Later, Barnes committed harassment with intent to intimidate, annoy or alarm another person via telephone or electronic communication without legitimate purpose and in a manner to cause annoyance.

Barnes and Miller were released on promise to appear.

Tyler Wayne Hochstetler, 402 N. Division St., reported a Dell computer, Xbox games and movies were taken from his residence between 12 p.m. July 19 and 12:30 p.m. Friday.

Loss estimate is $2,300.

Gage Cheers, 1103 Hillcrest Dr., reported his 1981 Ford Fairmont was taken from the 200 block of North Division Street and recovered in the 300 block of North Spruce Street undamaged between 9 p.m. Thursday and 6:46 a.m. Friday. Two skateboards were also taken from the vehicle.

Loss estimate is $200.

Hyvis Thatcher, 507 W. Montgomery St., reported his 2002 Mercury Sable was taken between 9 and 11:34 p.m. Thursday from his residence and recovered in the 400 block of North Walnut.

Estimated loss is $3,500.

Maria Villegas, 400 S. Pine St., reported an orange and black BMX stunt bike was taken from her residence between 12:01 and 11:30 a.m. Saturday.

Loss estimate is $100.

Thaddeus Sickels, 1629 190th St., reported a tire on his 2002 Toyota Tacoma was cut while it was parked in the Fareway parking lot between 11 and 11:50 p.m. Saturday.
