Tuesday: salmon loaf, buttered boiled potatoes, creamed peas, fresh fruit.
Wednesday: baked chicken casserole, three bean salad, pumpkin bread, applesauce Jell-O, orange juice.
Thursday: liver and onions or hamburger patty, baked potato, breaded tomatoes, Angel Food cake with strawberries.
Friday: roast beef, mashed potatoes with gravy, buttered broccoli, oatmeal muffin and orange juice.
