Wiggins Modified King of the Hill at ACS
CORNING — For the first time in four King of the Hill races the number one seed in the King of the Hill got knocked off, as No. 6 seed Jeff Wiggins chose the right lane each and every time to come away with the crown Saturday at the Adams County Speedway.
As the points battles heat up so did the action on the track with 2011 hobby stock champion Matt McAtee making his first trip to victory lane in just his second outing at ACS this year.
Jerod Weston got win number four for the season in his b-mod, while Tony Hardisty got his fifth pro-stock of the season. Jesse Dennis piloted his Poet Biorefining modified to win number two and JC Wyman drove the Jack McKee owned number 4 late model to his third victory of the season.
