Local law enforcement will be watching for drunk drivers this Labor Day weekend

Last year, 9,878 people across the United States died in a crash involving a drunk driver. Do the math. That's one death every 53 minutes. Those figures in mind, Creston Police Chief Paul Ver Meer said Thursday his officers will be watching for drunk drivers — even more than normal — this Labor Day holiday weekend.
