Alisha Marie Millslagle, 31, no address available, was charged 9:09 p.m. Friday at Crest View Apartments on a warrant for failure to appear for a pretrial conference on the original charge of possession of marijuana.

Millslagle is being held on $1,000 cash bond.

An employee of Winterstien Construction, 202 Russell St., reported 1:52 p.m. Wednesday the back of the building had been spray painted.

Damage estimate is $1,500.

Randall Pingree, 209 N. Birch St., reported between 6:03 and 7:20 p.m. Wednesday a Mongoose bicycle was taken from his residence.

Loss estimate is $100.

An employee of Creston Elks Lodge, 403 W. Montgomery St., reported between 6:32 and 7:46 p.m. Thursday two propane tanks and regulators were taken from the back of the building.

Loss estimate is $150.
