Monday: turkey roast, mashed potatoes, gravy, spinach, pineapple.

Tuesday: beef and noodles, mashed potatoes, cole slaw, bran muffin, tapioca pudding with whipped topping, orange juice.

Wednesday: fish sandwich on whole wheat bun, fresh tomato slice, kidney bean salad, shortcake with strawberries and whipped topping.

Thursday: chicken ala king, biscuit, tossed salad, fresh fruit cup, orange juice.

Friday: Swiss steak with onions, peppers, tomatoes, rice or buttered parsley, potatoes, squash, sherbert.
