Monday: BBQ beef on whole wheat bun, pasta bean salad, melon, oatmeal raisin cookie, apple juice.

Tuesday: pork roast, sweet potatoes, seasoned cabbage, cranberry nut bread, blushed pears.

Wednesday: fried chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, glazed carrots, rice pudding, orange juice.

Thursday: meatloaf, baked potato, pickled beets, ice cream, strawberries.

Friday: spaghetti with meat sauce, Italian blend vegetables, spinach side salad/dressing, whole grain bread stick/margarine, 2% or skim milk/coffee.
