DES MOINES — Josh Christensen of Greenfield, a Union County jailer who trains at Henry's Martial Arts, will fight in RFA 10 tonight at HyVee Hall in Des Moines.
Christensen is on the card that includes the main event, Mike "Biggie" Rhodes (5-1) of Waterloo vs. Alan Jouban (7-1) of Los Angeles, Calif.) at 170 pounds. Johnny Case of Madrid (12-4), Michael McBride (4-0) and Luis Saldana (7-1) are also on the card.
Christensen (11-4) is part of the preliminary card, and will take on Brent Stepanek (2-1) of Cedar Rapids at 205 pounds.
Doors open at 6 p.m. with first bout at 6:30. The main card begins at 9 p.m.

Camryn Somers, sophomore at Creston High School swimming for Waukee High School, helped the Warriors place third in the CIML Central Iowa Conference swim meet Thursday. Waukee finished behind Ames and Johnston.
Somers is among state leaders in multiple categories heading toward state-qualifying competition Nov. 2 at Johnston.
Somers swims leadoff on the 400-yard freestyle relay team for the Warriors that is ranked sixth in the state at 3:40.69. She also swims freestyle on the eighth-ranked 200 individual medley relay in 1:53.70.
Individually, Somers is listed 18th in the 50 freestyle in 25.30; 26th in the 100 freestyle in 55.49; 30th in the 100 breaststroke in 1:12.67; 89th in the 200 freestyle in 2:07.22 and 53rd in the individual medley in 2:22.42.
Iowa's home game Saturday against Northwestern at 11 a.m. will be televised on the Big Ten Network.
Iowa State's home game Saturday against Oklahoma State at 11 a.m. will be televised on Fox Sports Midwest.
