Tyler White, 18, 306 N. Elm St., was charged 5:52 p.m. Monday at 500 W. Montgomery St. on a Union County warrant for simple trespassing.

According to a Creston Police report, officers were contacted by a female at 500 W. Montgomery St., 3:20 a.m. Wednesday. The woman reported she found White inside her residence, and she has a no-contact order, prohibiting White from entering the property. The woman determined White entered the residence by climbing through a bedroom window.

White was being held at the Union County jail on $300 bond.

Lawrence W. Moore III, 19, and Brei Marie Theisen, 19, both of Alton, Ill., and Parrish D. Mcghee Jr., 19, of Aurora, Ill., were charged at Southwestern Community College on Union County warrants. Moore and Theisen were charged with assault with injury, and Mcghee was charged with simple assault.

According to Creston Police reports, officers were dispatched to the west entrance of Wal-Mart, 806 Laurel St., 2:09 a.m. Sunday. Officers spoke with individuals who stated they had been assaulted, and reviewed video surveillance. It was determined several people were trying to stop a confrontation between Moore, Theisen and Mcghee, and a male victim was grabbed by Moore and thrown to the ground, which caused the victim to fracture his arm. The victim was also struck on the left side of his head twice by Mcghee.

It was also determined Theisen punched a female victim in the nose several times after the victim attempted to stop Theisen going after another individual. The female victim suffered a broken nose and was transported to Greater Regional Medical Center.

Moore and Theisen were released on $1,000 bond, and Mcghee was released on $300 bond.
