Monday: salisbury steak with onion gravy, mashed potatoes, stewed tomatoes, salt-free bread, Mandarin oranges.

Tuesday: sweet and sour chicken breast over brown rice, Japanese vegetables, fruit punch juice cup, fortune cookies, apricot halves.

Wednesday: meaty chilli with kidney beans, green beans, corn bread muffin/margarine, applesauce.

Thursday: chicken cacciatori over spaghetti, spinach side salad/dressing, bread/margarine, banana.

Friday: liver and onions or hamburger in gravy, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, wheat bread/margarine, fruited cake.

All meals served with 2% or skim milk and coffee.
