Monday: Salisbury steak with onion gravy, mashed potatoes, stewed tomatoes, salt-free bread, Mandarin oranges.
Tuesday: turkey roast with gravy, whipped potatoes, cornbread stuffing, California blend vegetables, orange cranberry relish, wheat berry roll/margarine, apple pie.
Wednesday: Closed for holiday.
Thursday: meaty chili with kidney beans, green beans, corn bread muffin/margarine, applesauce.
Friday: chicken cacciatori over spaghetti with sauce, spinach side salad/dressing, salt-free bread/margarine, banana.
All meals are served with 2% or skim milk and coffee.
