Tuesday: chicken breast in supreme sauce, baby red potatoes, Oregon vegetable blend, wheat bread/margarine, plums.
Wednesday: breaded fish wedge, tarter sauce, baked potato, margarine, sour cream, Oregon blend vegetables, salt-free bread/margarine, pears.
Thursday: hamburger gravy over mashed potatoes, green beans, peach cobbler, dinner roll/margarine.
Friday: chicken tetrazzini, spinach side salad/dressing, Italian blend vegetables, bread stick/margarine, banana.
All meals are served with 2% or skim milk and coffee.
