Scott Green, 25, 425 New York Ave., Apt. 9, was charged on a Union County warrant for violation of probation on an original charge of third degree burglary 4:20 a.m. Wednesday at 500 Industrial Parkway.

Green was being held awaiting an appearance before the magistrate.


Andrew Gordon, 16, 402 S. Cherry St., and Keegan Williams, 17, 108 S. Sumner St., were referred to juvenile authorities for trespassing real property 4 p.m. Tuesday at the Union County Law Enforcement Center.

Gordon and Williams were released to their parents.


Nancy Wantland, 508 N. Chestnut St., reported someone had broken the glass of a sliding door of an unoccupied residence at 303 N. Walnut St during the overnight hours between Tuesday and Wednesday.

Estimated damage is $200.
