Monday: meaty chili with kidney beans, green beans, corn bread muffin/margarine, applesauce.

Tuesday: chicken cacciatori over spaghetti with sauce, spinach side salad/dressing, bread/margarine, banana.

Wednesday: salisbury steak with onion gravy, mashed potatoes, stewed tomatoes, salt-free bread, Mandarin oranges.

Thursday: sweet and sour chicken breast over brown rice, Japanese vegetables, fruit punch juice cup, fortune cookies, apricot halves.

Friday: liver and onions in gravy or hamburger in gravy, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, wheat bread, fruited cake.

All meals are served with 2% or skim milk and coffee.
