Monday: chicken breast in supreme sauce, baby red potatoes, Oregon vegetable blend, wheat bread/margarine, plums.
Tuesday: BBQ pork rib, hot dog bun, succotach, Mandarin oranges.
Wednesday: hamburger patty in gravy over mashed potatoes, green beans, peach cobbler, dinner roll/margarine.
Thursday: chicken tetrazzini, spinach salad/dressing, Italian vegetable blend, bread stick, birthday/white cake.
Friday: fish sandwich, tartar sauce, baked potato/margarine/sour cream, Oregon blend vegetables, pears, hamburger bun.
All meals are served with 2% or skim milk and coffee.
