Monday: sweet and sour chicken breast over rice, Japanese vegetables, fruit punch fruit cup, fortune cookies, apricot halves.

Tuesday: liver and onions or hamburger in gravy, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, wheat bread/margarine, fruited cake.

Wednesday: meaty chili with kidney beans, green beans, corn bread muffin/margarine, applesauce.

Thursday: salisbury steak with onion gravy, mashed potatoes, stewed tomatoes, salt-free bread, Mandarin oranges.

Friday: tuna and noodles, spinach salad/dressing, salt-free bread/margarine, banana.

All meals are served with 2% or skim milk and coffee.
