Robert Lee Woodhull, 40, 313 N. Sumner Ave., was charged with public intoxication 4:40 p.m. Monday at Union County Law Enforcement Center.

According to a Creston Police report, officers were dispatched to Casey’s General Store, 800 W. Taylor St., to investigate a report of an intoxicated subject identified as Woodhull. Upon arrival, officers observed Woodhull standing near the parking lot of Casey’s. Officers spoke to Woodhull and determined he showed signs of intoxication. Woodhull was transported to Union County Law Enforcement Center, where he submitted to a breath test using the Data Master, with a result of .28 blood alcohol content.

Woodhull was being held on $300 bond.
