Valley wins

OAKLAND — The Nodaway Valley/West Central Valley/Adair-Casey girls outshot Riverside 41-6 in a 5-1 victory Monday night.

Hailey Gross had two goals and two assists for Valley (6-2), which plays in the Nevada Tournament Saturday.

“We crossed and passed well tonight,” said Valley coach Michael Krawczyk. “Our defense did a good job tonight. The only goal we gave up was a PK for a hand ball in the box.”
