Monday: hamburger stew, dinner roll/margarine, fresh orange, brownie.
Tuesday: sweet and sour chicken over brown rice, Japanese vegetables, fruit punch, fortune cookie, apricots.
Wednesday: sloppy joe, bun, parsley carrots, cowboy caviar, banana.
Thursday: pork loin in gravy, boiled potatoes, spinach, dinner roll/margarine, birthday or white cake.
Friday: soft shell beef taco with lettuce and tomato, fiesta rice, Mexican corn, cantaloupe.
All meals are served with 2% or skim milk and coffee.
