Monday: Salisbury steak with onion gravy, mashed potatoes, beets, bread, Mandarin oranges.

Tuesday: baked chicken, baked potato/margarine, broccoli, fruit cocktail, dinner roll/margarine.

Wednesday: open faced hot turkey sandwich, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, grapes.

Thursday: scalloped potatoes with ham, lima beans, dinner roll/margarine, plums.

Friday: liver and onions or beef patty, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, wheat bread/margarine, fruit cake.

All meals are served with 2% or skim milk and coffee.
