Monday: hearty hamburger stew with stew vegetable blend, dinner roll/margarine, fresh orange, brownie.

Tuesday: chicken breast in a tangy sweet and sour sauce served over brown rice, Japanese vegetables, fruit punch juice, fortune cookie, apricot halves.

Wednesday: pork loin in gravy, baby red potatoes, spinach, dinner roll/margarine, white cake square.

Thursday: sloppy joe, whole grain bun, mashed sweet potato, Brussel sprouts, fruit cocktail.

Friday: two soft shell tacos, seasoned ground beef topped with shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes, fiesta rice and Mexican corn, cubed canteloupe.

All meals are served with 2% or skim milk and coffee.
