Ashley Norae Fogle, 25, 404 S. Oak St., was charged on a Union County warrant for possession with intent to manufacture methamphetamine 7:53 p.m. Monday in Pottawattamie County.

According to a Union County Sheriff report, July 22, 2013, through narcotics investigation, officers had probable cause to believe Fogle was conspiring with others to manufacture methamphetamine. Pseudoephedrine purchase records indicate Fogle cooperated with others to obtain precursors to manufacture methamphetamine between March 23 and June 8, 2013. Witness statements, surveillance and other evidence corroborate that Fogle purchased pseudoephedrine four times and was blocked from purchase three times during the aforementioned time frame, and conspired with others to possess pseudoephedrine with intent and knowledge that the said products be used to produce methamphetamine.

Fogle was being held at Ringgold County Jail for Union County on $5,000 bond.
