Monday: Italian goulash (ground beef and pasta tossed in marinara sauce with Italian seasonings), Italian vegetable blend, whole grain bread stick/margarine, fresh orange, oatmeal raisin cookie.
Tuesday: hearty ham shanks in Northern beans, carrot coins, Harvard beets, salt-free bread/margarine, plums.
Wednesday: chunks of chicken in a cheese sauce tossed with California blend vegetables served over a baked potato, wheat bread/margarine, applesauce.
Thursday: oven roasted chicken breast, baby red potatoes, seasoned cabbage, dinner roll/margarine, pineapple tidbits, birthday or white cake.
Friday: hamburger topped with leaf lettuce and tomato slices on hamburger bun, mashed sweet potatoes, green beans, peaches.
All meals are served with 2% or skim milk and coffee.
