Youths involved in three-day bicycle safety program

Creston FFA, working with the Creston Law Enforcement Center and the Union County Sheriff's Department, presented its annual three-day bicycle safety program to more than 200 first- and second-grade students in the Creston public and St. Malachy schools May 15-16 and 23. More than 2,100 young people have been taught the importance of bicycle safety and been provided with a helmet they can wear when riding their bikes since Creston FFA started a bicycle safety program.
