Monday: hot roast beef sandwich/open faced, smothered in gravy, whipped potatoes, chuckwagon corn, Mandarin oranges and pineapple.
Tuesday: potato crumb fish fillet/tartar sauce, baked potato/sour cream/margarine, Oregon blend vegetables, wheat bread/margarine, fresh cubed watermelon.
Wednesday: taco salad, lettuce topped with seasoned taco meat, shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, kidney beans, tortilla chips, sour cream and taco sauce, diced pears.
Thursday: pork cutlet in brown gravy, brown rice, steamed broccoli, banana pudding, wheat bread/margarine.
Friday: grilled chicken breast/whole grain hamburger bun topped with lettuce and tomato, green and gold beans, cowboy caviar, fresh banana.
All meals are served with 2% or skim milk and coffee.
