Monday: slice of meatloaf served in a beefy onion gravy, baked potato/margarine, California vegetable blend, wheat bread/margarine, Mandarin oranges.
Tuesday: spaghetti tossed in a hearty red meat sauce, Italian blend vegetables, fresh spinach side salad with dressing, bread stick/margarine, plum halves.
Wednesday: chicken breast in supreme sauce with mushrooms, peppers and onions, baby red potatoes, Oregon blend vegetables, bread/margarine, pineapple tidbits.
Thursday: Swedish meatballs in gravy served with a bed of wild rice, mixed vegetables, wheat bread/margarine, strawberry shortcake topped with whipped cream.
Friday: pork riblet smothered in a tangy BBQ sauce served on hot dog bun, cut green beans, freshly baked peach cobbler.
All meals are served with 2% or skim milk and coffee.
