No citations were issued after an accident 1:31 p.m. Saturday on 190th Street.

According to a Union County Sheriff report, Candace Marie Kakuda, 26, of Red Oak, driving a 1999 Ford east on 190th, lost control of the vehicle after hitting ruts in the road and went into the north ditch, where the vehicle rolled on its top.

Kakuda and passengers David Vanfosson, 33, Jade Hughes, 5, Gregor Hughes, 3, and Douglas Johnson, 1, were transported to Greater Regional Medical Center where their conditions are currently unknown.

Damage estimate is $5,000 to Kakuda’s vehicle.

No citations were issued after an accident 7:17 p.m. Monday at the intersection of West Prairie and North Elm streets.

According to a Creston Police report, Sharon Marie Snodgrass, 63, 1101 N. Vine St., driving a 2008 Chrysler west on West Prairie, stopped at the stop sign at the intersection of West Prairie and North Elm, proceeded without yielding to a 2011 Ford driven south on North Elm by Kiera Nicole Huss, 14, 612 N. Pine St., and struck the Ford.

Damage estimates are $800 to Huss’ vehicle and $1,000 to Snodgrass’ vehicl
